The problem
Stock was tracked in a warehouse package that didn't talk to accounting, invoices were raised in a second system, and branch managers reconciled the gap in a shared workbook that four people edited at once. Nobody could answer what a branch had actually sold until the middle of the following month. Two branches had been quietly carrying stock that had already been written off.
What we built
Odoo for finance, inventory, and sales, with a custom branch-transfer module because the standard flow didn't handle their consignment terms. We migrated eleven years of transactions, reconciled to the last audited close, and retired six systems. Branch managers got a tablet interface in Arabic for counts and transfers. Reporting moved to a single nightly pack.
