Why we exist
Almost every growing company in this region runs on a spreadsheet that one person understands. It works, until the day it doesn't — a branch opens, an auditor asks a question, or that person takes a holiday.
The usual answer is a large software licence and an implementation partner who leaves after go-live. We watched that fail often enough to build the company we'd have wanted on the other side of the table: engineers who read your data before quoting, who ship one department at a time, and who are still on the account a year later.
We take the boring parts seriously. Migration reconciled to your closing balances. Approval chains that match who actually signs. Arabic printing that doesn't break. Those are the parts that decide whether a system gets used or worked around.
How we work
Ship in increments
Two-week increments, demoed on your own data. If something is wrong we find out in week six, not at go-live.
Write it down
Findings, decisions, and runbooks in writing. You own the documentation whether or not you renew.
One team throughout
The engineers who scoped it build it. No handover to a delivery unit you haven't met.
Numbers or it didn't happen
We agree on measures during the diagnosis and report against them afterwards, including the ones that didn't move.
