What we do with what you send us.
Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and that is all. This page is the long version.

Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company, your email address, and your message.
We run no analytics, no advertising tags, and no tracking cookies. There is no record of which pages you read or how you got here, because we never set anything up to make one.
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Who else handles it
Your message is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep standard request logs that include your IP address. Both process this data on our behalf, not for their own purposes.
When you submit the form we hold your IP address in memory for a few minutes to limit how often the form can be sent. It is never written to disk.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email for as long as the conversation is useful — the life of an engagement, or about a year if nothing comes of it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your choices
Email hello@evolqa.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
If you would rather not use the form at all, email us directly. It reaches the same inbox and tells us the same thing.
Changes
If we add analytics, change how the form works, or start using a different provider, this page changes with it and the date above moves.
